This inconvenience detracted from the overall experience, as guests had to wait or inquire for additional towels, disrupting the seamless enjoyment of the pool facilities. Improving the availability of pool towels would undoubtedly enhance the guest experience. Additionally, I encountered cleanliness issues with the windows in my executive room. The windows appeared to be in need of a thorough cleaning, impacting the otherwise pristine atmosphere of the room. Enhancing the cleanliness of windows in executive rooms would contribute significantly to maintaining the high standards the hotel aims to achieve.
